Four hour workshop in two, 2-hour sessions
Join me for an engaging pottery workshop where we'll delve into the delightful process of creating ceramic tea infusers with personality. I'm Jennifer “Fuj” Fujimoto, a professional artist and designer known for my whimsical ceramic art and functional decor inspired by Japanese folk art. It's an honor to share my knowledge and skills with you.
During this workshop, I'll guide you through each step of crafting a ceramic tea infuser, from initial design considerations and measurements to throwing, trimming, and decorating techniques. You'll witness firsthand how I transform clay into a charming companion, perfect for adding personality to your tea brewing and drinking experience.
Throughout the sessions, I'll share insights into my techniques and offer tips and tricks to achieve unique designs that reflect your unique style and creativity. Whether you are a novice curious about new forms and methods or an enthusiast looking to expand your knowledge, this demonstration is designed to nurture creativity and allow for individual expression.
By the end of our time together, I hope you'll have gained a deep understanding of the consideration and ingenuity behind my work and be inspired to make your own fun and functional tea friend!
